Flail is just toooooo overpowered..

i just won a tourney with one of my brutes because of flail.
he killed 2 of his enemys just because of brute force + flail even if one had full hp

yes indeed the Flail is the Key in muxxu in my Opinion no onecanavoid its Powe but one Type of Brutes and by that i mean Punchdrunck. my RicaRica hit almost all the time 2 to 3 hits per Attack . and even the incravable brutes have no chance against her

Actually, flail brutes smack me up pretty regularly. The real key with the flail is its accuracy, it is the most accurate of all the heavy weapons and very hard to block/dodge. Throw in its multiple hit capability and arguably it does more damage on average than the marteau. If PD happens to be holding the epee when someone comes in with the flail, it's usually curtains for him.

Yeah definitely a better weapon than marteau on total actual damage output. They share negative points, but it has more positives. With more experience, I'm actually starting to become as anti-marteau as I am anti-club.

problem is you never ever ever block if you have a flail out even with shield+counter. So if you don't kill em fast, you will probably be getting hit with whatever they can throw at you. In my experience with a flail/shield/counter brute, dudes with knife really rip you apart if you don't get lucky with multi-hits, and yo uget disarmed by choc real quickly.

The benefit with epee in this case is that it blocks a lot more vs most weapons (with shield+counter) and even has a natural counter/6ths rarely... not to say it is a better choice... it's a closer one than most.

Some dumb flail brute just won the iron tourney at level 13. Ugh I should have won

my Xcarnage block 40% of the times with his shield-conte + tete de fer brute

nah flail is fine, you just need a brute who has increvable + any disarm skill
everybody + yo mama has a flail in the top ranks and they all go down to a brute with one of these combos

i'd take the sai over flail any day
