Please i want to write here once so Please do what i did, and if it does not work, no one can help anymore.

first go and try to log in to any of your old accounts on another computer (i suggest Internet cafe or friends) then after you check (all accounts) if they are all blocked (and by that you need to use the GreysMonkey translator because there is too many blocking and Banning Options in muxxu)

First Option: now if all are blocked and your IP is banned home. you will not be able to contact support from home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to create a new account from your Friends Computer ( not home ,no more new accounts in muxxu at home for you) and do not create any brutes in it (very important just muxxu account , no Labrute ) and use a Name that is not similar to any of your old accounts.
now from it use the support botton at the End of the muxxu Page and write them a message:
tell them in it that you dont know why you are banned at home and you created this new account just to contact them. (do not mention under any circumstances that you have more than 1 account, very very important) and at the End of the message give them the name of your account you want to play at home. (just one)
from this Point on you need to forget about all other account you had and try to get one account back.

after you write them just wait for respond (could take 3-5 days) and do not try to log in to this new account at home!!!!!!!!!

now after they answer and tell you that you did create more than 3 accounts and you are allowed to use only 1 at home,
just write them back and admit that you made more than 3 accounts and say that you are sorry ,and that you did not know about the rules because you can not read french and beg them to give you another chance. (at this Point i would be very very very Patient about it and try to give imprerssion in my massages that i am realy sorry and i realy want to just play with one account because you love the game and such... if you did buy coins in this account in the past it might help you too.
one more thing do not under any circumstances write that they have to unban you. these support Admins are Human and they kind of can decide alone wether you could get your account back or not.

Second Option: now the other Option is if you are only IP banned but none of your good accounts are blocked (if some padawans are blocked just forget about them and consider only the high ranked accounts), well then forget about the support and just access the accounts using Proxy at home. because even if they will unban your IP at this Point they will be monitoring it for new accounts...
