it says : "the requested operation requires elevation"

try this simple command ..

ipconfig /release
netsh interface ip set address name="Local Area Connection" static 192.168.0.100 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.1 1
netsh interface ip set address name="Local Area Connection" source=dhcp
ipconfig /renew

you can reset your modem from a internet page [something like http://192.168 etc ] ?
