good start for the first 2 brutes but early to rate at lvl 6
NR 3: Anti-Kfc http://labrute.muxxu.com/b/917426 is great at lvl12 i would give him 8.5-9 / 10
NR 8: EmfV2 http://labrute.muxxu.com/b/743061 is also great , but it strongly depends when he got the (Shield + counter) or (Epee + MoA) i would give him 8.5/10
the rest need new Destinies...

Some of them are messed up...in their original paths they would be much better...and BobTheBear22 with implcable and 22 force if he gets shield he will be really good in my opinion...
