knife vs +3 sped choice

Hi.
For my brute:
69hp, 12 str, 4 agi, 2 speed
hatchet, baton
herculean strenght, toughtened skin


Well speed isnt that good stat (for me at least) I would rather go for agi. So is knige a good choice for my destiny? Or will that weapon weaken me. Because I have now two great weapons so I am afraid to add 3rd that may mae me draw those good weapons less often.


Please help :)

as I know, knife has his own speed rate, and you need speed so there is no big difference in this choice; knife won't make your brute weaker

Well - of course they not even half as good as flail, whip, shurikens, miso (noodles) soup...

But I consider them pretty good. I could get lot worser weapons. And I only have 2 brutes overall so I dont have dozens of accounts to choose best brute from. That is why I consider them good. If I choose oponents carefully I win (my brute is 3 days old and lev 7 - first day 9 battles, 2nd and 3rd day 10 battles). It is not epic but for my taste is good enough for now.

I just DONT WANT TO SPOIL IT! So as for my current build what would you make me choose... for me both choices are lame.

And I may be noob here, but I dont understand why "knife has speed of his own". I though it is always based on speed stats?


I am more interested in choosing +3 speed. But I dont want to make some stupid mistake, so I decided to ask if for my current destiny not choosing knife will be bad.

I guess that NOT chosing knife won't be bad for your brute. If the brute was mine, I'd choose speed.

With "knife has his own speed" I mean that certain weapons increase or decrease your stats or your skill rate when you pick up one of them.

for exemple, when your brute pick up the knife his speed grows up, when a brute take the club his speed goes down

baton increase the Choc rate, the whip increases 6th sense and choc, the broadsword and baton increase blocking rate, and so on

so when you use the knife you will have, more or less, the same speed than chosing speed itself, but only with knife, not with baton or hatchet

So now I totally dont know what to take... basically you tell me that when I choose knife I would get knife and stat boost (+speed)

So couls you please explain some more why not to choose knife but go with speed instead?

(I have some time now because I just got 1 point from tournament and I levelled up because of that - so I have no arena fights left)

Also with the weapons I already have - hatchet - baton - what do they lower and what do they rise (can you refer me to a thread or external link where all that is stated for each weapon?)

no,sorry, I can't explain better, don't know as well all stat hidden in weapons

About knife I think speed itself is more useful, and having already hatchet and baton you don't need a third mild weapon

having 2 weapons just take GREAT weapons if offered (sai, whip, flail, long sword)

ok. done. took 3 speed.

As for this statistic - som people say it it verry good stat even better than agi.
But from what I observed fighting with my two brutes - the brutes that have high speed and lower other stats are good oponents - because I almost always win..

I wonder what do you think about speed.
