Update your .Net Framework (see release post or directly here). If it still doesn't work after .Net Framework upgrade, do a registry cleanup after uninstall of the Framework.

Updated to version 1.2.11.
This is mainly a maintenance release to improve startup stability, i.e. changed the hosts and the check for internet connection at startup.

The update is not mandatory at the moment, i.e. you can still use previous version 1.2.10 (update to 1.2.11 will be made mandatory later).
