what is relentless is FR??? Tornado or Blows right???
if it is Tornado or Blows you should first decide wether you are going to take another weapons in the next ranks or not (like Sai, Morning Star otr Trident) if yes then you have to take it , and if no then you need all Agility that you can get.
no rating at this lvl though , he is still very young

i believe relentless is implacable

well in that case (implacable +30% accuracy) it wont help you much if you are going to remain a ninja because your main goal would be high Agility and high Agility would replace the effect of Implacable in case shuriken gets disarmed.

i suggest trying both paths in this and next Rank. and since Implacable is very rare you can start with it in this Rank because this Start can have a great potential if you get MA later.

feline or herculean strength would be fantastic.
First Strike and MA will make him a scary monster

You need thief/MA and you need feline,implacable gives you 30% chances to hit the opponent,if you have high agility too it's almost impossible to miss

he gets Bumps / (3 agility) to lvl 11 and won the fist of steel tournament agains lvl 14/18/20 brutes xDDD

well since you have no Vitality a Dog can be very helpfull for a Ninja and will not drain much of your HP. i would take the DOG!
but if you take the Strength it would be OK too since you have only 2.

i already get agility instead 6th sense. at lvl 16 i won the tournament. i will wait before rank up to see my lvl 17 option. if not good, next rank i will try 6th sense and pray for first strike xDDD
