i have some brutal combo data and when i ad them to PC it looks like this

can i somehow convert those pupils so i can add them to PC?

Wrong import.
Format explanation is in your screenshot in the upper left part.
If you don't know the ID, just put any value, e.g. 1.

Yes, the pupils are deleted if you add a BC DB in PC (makes the battles for)
