It was given back then to Vic-Tim. I don't know who currently is the owner though.

This brute was found back then when I still had my *huge* DE freebies database.
IIRC search criteria was the following: out of all 999'999 IDs in the game this brute at level 200 has the highest sum of strength + agility + speed points, with moreover full second row, martial arts and untouchable. It has now reached exactly his target level... Therefore yes, indeed, this is a brute we may like ;-)
