Help friends

Hi all I started in programming and I played two years ago in a flash: the brute. I would create a program that allows to have all names in a text file.
EXAMPLE:

Mr. A wants to see all the students of his character: http://labrute.labrute.fr/dojo
He went on the program, put the link of his character in a box, click the button to see its students and receives a text file with the name of all his students, and their level.
I ask this because in this game hundreds of people have lost their students (with bots) as they n 'were over the file containing the names

So I have several questions:

1 - What program to use?

2 - What Language?

3 - Difficulty?

4 - Can you participate?

5 - The time it makes me (us) would take

Thank you in advance for taking time for myself. I do not want Bacler and I want to learn the skills, like a real programmer.

What you are looking for is just impossible (without the support of MT which I doubt they will ever provide).

The list of pupils of a given master is stored on MT's own databases and not publicly available.
No way to get all pupils names of a given master unless you've stored them by yourself upon creation.
