I always hear people saying "Ill get a bear at lvl X" or "Ill get skill at lvl Y"...

I'm just wondering, how can they know what they'll get in the later lvl's?

In muxxu after you win the tournament you have a choice to keep destiny or start a new one. Whichever you pick you will start at level 1 again. So let's say you level to 20 then enter the tourny. You then win the tourny and choose same destiny. Now you start back at 1 and if you choose the same level ups then you will know what you will get.

In muxxu, there must be some way of knowing a brutal id... It has been proven that the muxxu system can work like the v1 can; people have ran into clones before, although it is rare.
