Tommorow my Low-carb diet starts !

My diet will look like this:

Breakfast
500g curd with 33g peanut butter
(curd = 63.5protein, carbs 18, fett 5, = 376kcal)
(peanut butter = protein 7.5, carbs 4.7, fett 16.8, = 203kcal)

Training
Before training Viper X and EAA-X ( amino acids)
After training EAA-X and Proteindrink
(Viper X (preworkout) = carbs 18, = 72kcal)
(Proteinshake = protein 24, carbs 3, fett 1 = 120kcal )

Lunch
300g tuna + vegetables
200g egg (3st xl ägg)
(tuna = protein 74, fett 3, = 330kcal)
(egg = protein 25,2, fett 20, = 281kcal)

Between-meal
200g cottage cheese
(cottage cheese = protein 22, carbs 5, fett 3, = 140kcal)

Dinner
500g Chicken + vegetables
(chicken = 107,5protein, = 574kcal)

Beforesleep eat :p
200g cottage cheese
(cottage cheese = protein 22, carbs 5, fett 3, = 140kcal)

Total kcal: 2236
Total protein: 345.7gram
Total fat: 51.8gram
Total carbs: 50,7gram

This diet is special for my weight, im around 87-89kg atm.

If u want to loose fat with this kind of lowcarb diet, u can calculate easy how much u should eat.

Protein: your weight * 4
Fat: your weight * 0.5
Carbs: so little as possible

me i had cold white pizza with olives and onions from lunch yesterday.
bought a large since came with free wings lol so it lasted me two days
