1. what is the meaning of special powers? It's said that you could learn it from your master.

2. Does the names/appearances of your characters affect the skills/weapons you can acquire. I feel it is possible since the characters I have with the same looking have almost the same skills.

i think the skills and weapons are random...the appearence have nothing to do with it.

The appearance has nothing to do with the weapons, skills and supers your brute acquires. However, the master you have has an affect on your brute.

EX. If you join GAFDFHFE, you could receive limited edition weapons and/or animals and Double EXP for two days.

What is the answer to my first question, anyone knows?

Your master will gain special skills, you have a higher chance of obtaining your masters skills if you have a master of higher level
