Hmmm, Implacable and whip under level 10
I think 60% no...
It is not a good combo imo...

If you have implacable you should have at least 1 very strong heavy weapon like stone hammer....
If you have whip, you should have at least impact to annoy your enemy....

I only see you got morning star as your heavy weapon until 20.....


If I choose yes, whip + 6th sense + pugnacious is good... but You will have that combo around 11 and 20....
