Question about Using Proxy Through Proxy Firewall / Tor

Computer connects applications through the tor network. When i check proxy through firefox it registers new ip.

Step1) I set mybrute.com flash settings to not accept / store any files on my end.
Step 2) clear Cache
Step 3) Connect to New Ip "Hit New Identity"
Step 4) Check IP on website " It registers as not my ip"
Step 5) Pupil my main brute.

On secondary computer i check my main brute i cant ever seem to get + pupil experience what am i doing wrong?

clear C:\Documents and Settings\root\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player ?
