It's good yes, brilliant? Maybe not.

Good agility + untouchable = good.
Strength = not so good.
Speed = OK ... just.

I would want strength and speed the other way round myself ... or, even better, a bit more strength.

Weapon assortment could be better.

It's missing a couple of "very nice to have" skills .... ie. Herculean Strength, Implacable, Tragic Potion, Master of Arms (I like MoA at high levels. Stabby is good!), Survival, Sabotage.

So for me?

Top 10% - probably.
Top 5% - doubtful.
Top 1% - Nope.

at level 80 he still doesnt have over 20 strength which is really going to hurt your ability to win against any brutes with decent HP. i'd say keep looking.
