Sept. 20th Tourney SIGN-UPs - Lvl 31

Luminous doesn't seem to be about today so I'll kick this one off .....

(It also means I actually catch it in time to get signed up for it! )

This is sign-ups for the Sept. 20th tourney.

New Rule: Users have to wait a day between each tourney before they can sign-up again so if you're signed-up for the Sept. 19th one (ie. the previous day!), you're ineligible to sign-up for this one.

I believe Lumi said it's per member, and not per brute...

This is so everybody will have a shot at playing in the daily tournaments
