Okay captain,Heres 3 Pictures of my Router,No switch or anything.So how do i turn off and on?

To turn your router off/on, take out the black cord that runs into the power slot. It is named

POWER(10.5VAC)

Then wait a second or two, and plug it back in Wink

and reset it that way

no because he have ip like 192.xx.xxx.xxx and capt say that ip is dynamic

You can try using a large chain of proxies, it acctually works but can take a bit of effort :p

Looks like you are connected directly to your modem without a router?

I'm connected directly to my modem and the only way to reset the modem is to physically unplug the power cord from it. What you can do is buy a surge protector with a timer (turns on and off the power at a set time) or custom fab your own.
