| To turn your router off/on, take out the black cord that runs into the power slot. It is named POWER(10.5VAC) Then wait a second or two, and plug it back in | |

| You can try using a large chain of proxies, it acctually works but can take a bit of effort :p | |

| if he didnt realize how to turn his router off and on then alot of effort to create a string of proxies is more than likely out of the question | |

| Looks like you are connected directly to your modem without a router?
I'm connected directly to my modem and the only way to reset the modem is to physically unplug the power cord from it. What you can do is buy a surge protector with a timer (turns on and off the power at a set time) or custom fab your own. | |
