Thanksgiving Tournament ~ Discussion, Sign-ups, etc.

After further discussion, Subman(R) and I have decided that the brute you enter must have only Red, White, Blue or Green clothing. Your brute can have any combination of these colors, but no other colors are allowed. Alot of you will be disappointed because you can not use your star brute or favorite pupil for this one, but the point of this tournament is to fight in honor of Thanksgiving. IF you do not have a brute that qualifies, go buy one, rent one, loan one from a friend, or make one with tamper data of BC. I know most of you are familiar with these methods, but you are just too lazy/frustrated to take the time and look. If that is the case, then don't be in the tournament.

If you are serious about fighting and you want to be in the tournament, you will understand the rules and find a brute to compete with. It's not all about winning you know

Check the first post. If your brute has been added as an entry or your name is Reserved, then assume you are in the tourney. If not, please keep looking for a brute that meets the color requirements,

nana, please enter if you want to! I would never impute you to not be fair! my suggestion was only to prevent you from being criticised if the final would be for example subman against robby... of course some people (me included) would think twice if everything went ok :)

please enter, I only wanted you both to think about the way seeds are chosen :)

@Gav, Cs looks blue to me. Subman and I have both agreed that she is blue. If there is proof otherwise, please show me.

Piw has a yellow trim on her bra and pants, that is why she can't compete. sorry!

This tournament was NOT made to cater to everybody's gripe or fav brute. We stated the rules comply or do not enter. Whinning here is not gonna sway me.

This is supposed to be fun with a little variety.

If u feel your brute is the rite colors I will take second look. Shades of the color are exceptable to me. Orange to me is NOT a shade of red. Violet I'll except for blue. I have 3 comps to view the brute on. I know every monitor will display different.

I enter most tournaments and I wanted to enter this one. The initial entry requirements were stated and they were quickly changed since they were unworkable, true? That was when I entered my brute Gloom021, who satisfied the must have Red or White requirement at the time. The colour Orange has nothing to do with why I'm not participating, inconsistency on your part (and Robby no doubt) does.

Today I found the rules have changed and my brute no longer satisfies the new requirements (along with a whole lot other others who have entered I note). Some might reasonably think that the changing of rules like this is turning into something ridiculous. I called it like I saw it, that is not whining.

Take what I have written in the right spirit please, constructive criticism never hurt anyone. I know that running a T is difficult (and often thankless), but don't accuse me of trying to sway you, or of whining. Neither of those two things are true.

I hope everyone has fun with the tournament

Look Dice, are initial attempt was to run a tourney in honor of the tradition so we made a special clothing requirement. After people got frustrated and disinterested cause they couldn't use their favorite brutes in this tourney, I tried to scale down the clothing a little to help get interest flowing again. Sub cam back and after discussion we both decided that we liked the original clothing rules and that if people are too lazy (or whatever emotion) to find a new brute that meets the qualifications, then they should just stay out the tournament.

So, no need for further discussion guys. The rules and requirements are final now.

IF you don't like them, don't be in the tourney.

IF you comply with the rules and have a brute to enter, great and good luck

Just to be clear I was not one who was ever worried about not being able to use my favourite brute. I can look for a brute now (if you and Sub haven't banned me ), but I would truly hope that you have both settled on the colours for good now

I wasn't talking about you with the "favorite brute" and of course we haven't banned you.... you have done nothing wrong The colors are changed for good now, so good luck finding a brute!
