If the predictor say I wouldn't get the str skill, would I get it in the future? Like at a higher level like 400?

Also skills like implacabe and untouchable, will I get them in the future if the oontacks.fr doesn't predict it from 200+ and onwards?

Personally, I've never known oontack to be wrong.

Reason you don't see much after level 200 is you skill gains tend to slow WAY down after that level. You get a rush of stuff up to 100 normally then it tends to slow off.

But I would say, if it says you wopn't get a skill .... then you won't.

But isn't there a level where you can get everything like 9999 or something?

you can also preview with the oontack fight simulator your stats and skills up to 99999...

thats 90000 higher than with the "normal" preview tool... just found out dio-s4i achieves survival anywhere between 9999 and 99999 King

No, you will always miss abilities or weapons even if you are lvl 9999. that's why if you judge a brute you should look at lvl 100-200 because by then you should have most of the key abilities and stats in order, if it's not you got yourself a rubbish brute most of the time...
