| In case your IPGetter service is down you may not be able to create pupils without restarting BC eventhough you are still changing IPs. I've set up a little fake IPGetter service that gives a random IP instead of your current IP, which allows to bypass the BC check:

PS: If I notice any abuse of MyBrute thanks to this service I will take it down !

| why use a fake ip, Your script could have the real IP instead of a false , Otherwise, there will be abuse. if you use php : - Code:
-
$ip = $_SERVER["REMOTE-ADDR"];

You're right. Better not opening Pandora's box. The service was therefore replaced by the real IP. - w13winni wrote:

No, ASP, but Request.ServerVariables("REMOTE_ADDR") does it...

is there no random ip page anymore ? I've removed the random IP getter to prevent abuses. This is now giving your real IP.

| Grin :-) If everybody uses such a fake IP getter this could lead MT to put an end for good to the use of BC. Why? Well... guess why... ;-) | |

| this is your hp right ? could you also include the long ip ? (e.g.: 192.168.0.1 -> 192*256^3 + 168*256^2 + 0*256 + 1 = 3232235521) or just without dots ? i cant configure actionaz to copy the ip out with dots -.- an easy doubleclick just marks one part of the ip and another click after a doubleclick works in 1 out of 100 tries | |

| @vollaufdienuesse Why don't you do it by clicking and copying each part of ip ? and then, you add it each time to a variable? | |
