Check activity

Check activity of all staff and demote those who have not been on for at least 1 month without giving a reason, this is just a waste of space leaving users as staff if they do not visit such as fotum has not visited mybrute since November last year and luminous has not visited for nearly a month (luminous may have a reason not sure..) check all the moderators too.
You may think this is incredibly negative for me to say all this but there is no point in having so much staff when only 20% are actually active..

Let me put this simply .....
