For all those that I train DB's for there will be a gap while I get the computer repaired. This netbook can't handle that job.

Actually this netbook has done a super job in training some db's I had on cd. I'm impressed. I had the db's I train backed up on another drive in the desktop. Got an email saying it is fixed and ready for pick-up. However, since they already have it I'm going to add more memory and a possible cpu upgrade if it can. But I am going to buy an external harddrive now that will stay with me. Experience come with pain most times. And this has shown me an error in my thinking about data backup. I have the back-up but it is with the computer. I want something that stays at the home.
And a cluttered desk is a happy desk
