| It's a long standing typo on here I think.
It was like that before I got here and it's never been corrected. As far as I'm aware, ranks on here should match those on the mybrute site .....

| In view of all the comments about which forum this belongs in I have put forth great mental effort, contemplation, and review of sub-forum directive headers . I have ascertained by process of elimination that this forum was the correct one chosen. - Quote :

Post anything related to My Brute. Since it does reference rankings and spelling in the Mybrute game it consonant to place here. Whew!

| Hemoglobin IS the right word. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemoglobin
Comes from the timbre of the Greek compound word ΑΙΜΟΓΛΟΒΙΝΗ (ΑΙΜΑ+ΓΛΟΒΙΝΗ, where ΑΙΜΑ means blood), where Γ > G and Λ > L.

| Hmmmmm but do you now what Αιμογλοβινη is ? Im greek but i think that this word αιμογλοβινη has nothing to do with my brutes hemogoblin ... I think it more like hemo(αιμα = blood as you said) + goblin ... Something like a blood thirsty goBLin (little monster) ...
Αιμογλοβινη is a protein found in red blood cells something like hemospherin ... so my point is its got nothing to do with myBRUTE !!!

Comes from the timbre of the Greek compound word ΑΙΜΟΓΛΟΒΙΝΗ (ΑΙΜΑ+ΓΛΟΒΙΝΗ, where ΑΙΜΑ means blood), where Γ > G and Λ > L. lol, but it's not what MT wanted to say. They have made a little play on words eventhough the picture suggests a drop of blood (hence the title is close to "hemoglobin"). In French they have "Hemogrobil" instead of "Hémoglobine" (which would be the French equivalent of "Hemoglobin"). So it's on purpose... maybe they were refering to Goblins, however I don't know why in French it is "grobil" in that case instead of "goblin" (I doubt "grobil" is the French translation of "Goblin").

| Hemoglobin is a word. It's in the blood. I can go really in depth about it if you'd like since I'm a Biology major... Hemogoblin however is what MyBrute was going for I think. A play on words type thing...
EDIT: I just realized Soc already said it was a play on words. >_<
