Okay well I shall rephrase this a bit....
Me and 6.aii have started a new forum, as we do not wish to break any advertising rules on this forum (spamming out link everywhere ect) we shall do it by request.
If you wish to join please send me or 6.aii a PM requesting a link.

We are looking for some staff but I will only choose those who I feel can handle the job and will be active.
We will be holding forum events ect which will have prizes and the more members will equal the better prizes..
So if you are interested in joining, yes it is a MyBrute community and VIP+ shall have access to an even wider forum which will be dedicated to what you decide!

Message to any moderators/staff of mybrute.forumotion.com we are not breaking any rules by allowing members to request link directed to our forum and we will not "spam" our link around on your forum.

This site here is in fact a knock off site as it is not official, it never will be obviously.
Anyone can make a fan site... You look at most other MMORPG's there will be thousands of fansites were as it seems for mybrute there is a limited number of english forums.

I find it funny that you guys (mainly just the staff here) seem to loath the thought of any competition...
You must realize that none of the staff here even started this forum and without people like me and fotum this forum would not be anywhere near as active as it is now..

The internet is a place for everyone, anyone can do anything they want (for certain activity's it requires offshore hosting) you and no-one else can stop anyone from doing anything on the internet.

Back to the fact you call us a "knock off", I am pretty sure our forum is a little more origonal that this one here, this forum's banner for example.. it is using the almost exact same design as what the official mybrute site uses. If you did not realise legally this means if the creators of mybrute wanted too they could contact forumotion and actually risk having this forum shut down due to a copyright infringement. It is the same for any site using an official logo, if I decided to use the Mcdonalds "golden arches" in a title/banner/image I could be sued for copyright infringement.

Guess I weigh in on this now. Another brute site is no big deal to me. I was a member of 6 fishing sites. Each had is own unique flavor and clientele. But what was not allowed at any site was the promotion (openly) of another site. Mostly it done by pm or email. That was attempted here and I don't have an issue with that. This site has migrated to a more technical aspect for brute. (Tools, cheats, rate the brute....) The tournys go off well to. (and the gripping at the high level brutes)
I had been invited but will decline. I have enough duties here to keep me overwhelmed with stuff. Also I feel my presence there will be distraction for me and those there. I wish great success to it and they will find a niche to fill.

As this post of mine will most likely generate some interest in the site I ask those who wish to visit it PM KiwiMan or 6.aii for information as I have decided to lock this thread before it digresses further.
