If you create your own pupils,the game tracks your IP and doesn't allow you to gain exp from yourself. You need dynamic IPs, so either pupil people to get pupil backed or find a good working proxy

You can't do it with your current brute because you entered the game on your own.

In order to be someone's pupil, you must "click" their pupilling link, which will take you
to the "Do you dare to challenge..." screen. The person's brute that you want to pupil will be waiting for you to create
a new fighter on the challenge page.
The brute that you create then, fights that person's brute in an initiation battle and afterward automaticly becomes that brute's pupil.

It's easy as pie!
