| How good is this skill and how much of an impact has on matches? I'm wondering if its a good skill or not that good, because I've been doing tests with my main brute JohnPlanetEarth, who strangely doesnt get tornado of blows until level 245. I did the tests from level 244 to level 245 against the same brutes with same seeds. Nothing seemed to change. The result is the same. My brute doesnt seem to have more speed or do more hits. WTF. However I have noticed low level brutes hit a bit more often, but so far its not noticeable with my high level brute. Anyone knows more about this? | |

| it is a very important and powerful skill, and with cerain weapons like knife, Fan, sai, Scimiter, lance, Whip, baton and Flail it could be deadly. you just can not notice it in every seed, because it depends on the weapons used... | |

| Aha, I sense an experiment! Nixxxon, you know what you need to do, for the benefit of increasing all of our knowledge.
Run a bunch more tests with your brute flipping back and forth between 244 and 245 and keep a close eye out for changes. Look for anything that's different. When you see something different, make a note of what weapon was being used at the time.
This is how I pinned down the list of weapons that are affected by Master of Arms and discovered that Strong Arm does not increase the damage of heavy weapons (it decreases the speed penalty). Let us know what you find out!

| I think I found one already. It doesn't show up with every weapon, but I saw a difference with the morning star. Here he is at 244:
http://labrutetools.fr.cr/popsim.php?brutea=JohnPlanetEarth&domainea=mybrute.com&domaineb=labrute.fr&bruteb=vector-shadow&seed=5988193&lvla=244&lvlb=244&submit=+++++Simulation
and here he is at 245:
http://labrutetools.fr.cr/popsim.php?brutea=JohnPlanetEarth&domainea=mybrute.com&domaineb=labrute.fr&bruteb=vector-shadow&seed=5988193&lvla=245&lvlb=244&submit=+++++Simulation
Without Tornado, he makes three his with his MS, then turns around and makes another 2, then stops her run, then attacks with fan, fan, sai, sai, axe, and bone for the win. With Tornado, he makes three hits with the MS, and then another 4, and another 3! Then he hits with fists, fists, broadsword, and fists.
This needs a lot more testing, but perhaps because his agility is so high, he's already getting all the possible strikes he can get with fast weapons like the fan and sai, so you won't see any difference there. You may see more strikes with heavy weapons, like bumps and morning star, which are more difficult to get multiple blows with. If I'm right, then this skill is nice but not so necessary for high agility brutes.

| I've done a lot more tests, and goddamn this is frustrating... I never see differences except some eventual 3 hits instead of 2 with heavy weapons like the bumps or the stone hammer -.- So it seems no, Tornado is NOT a great skill at high levels... :/ | |

| nixxxon, one thing I noticed when bamb@m finally got cry of the damned at lfl 256 or so - for the first few levels, he practically never used it! only after like 10 more levels or so did he get the hang of how to use it and when to use it. I think MT added a "learning curve" for each new skill obtained, so what if you try a few more levels later after getting the skill? after all, a few more levels will not be enough to make a brute significantly stronger in any are (barring a stat boost), so if he starts improving greatly 10 levels after gaining the skill, that will be a better sign of the skill's benefit | |

| hmmm.... probably, but then again, the stats boost may have been taking a good part of this improvement. maybe it will be very similar with 244 without tornado and 254 without tornado aswell... One thing is sure, the learning curve is there in the sense that the more fights you win, the better you perform in matches. For example I've seen very low levels with a huge amount of wins blocking me a lot of stuff and somehow using great seeds in tourney combats! | |

| Well, cry of the damned is a super, but tornado of blows is a special, meaning it should be in effect constantly. But it may be that there's an upper limit on the number of blows you can get at a particular level with a particular weapon, and because your agility is so high you're usually hitting that maximum even without tornado of blows. Someone post some more research! | |

| I tried with a brute with sh¡te agility against a punching immortal bag like fotum Ekaina receives tornado at level 140. The matches are completely different from 139 to 140, although strangely both end close
http://labrutetools.fr.cr/sdcs-on.php?seed=&brutea1=ekaina&bruteb1=fotum&niveaua1=140&niveaub1=139&languea1=mybrute&langueb1=mybrute&brutea2=&bruteb2=&niveaua2=&niveaub2=&languea2=labrute&langueb2=labrute

This seems to be more useful with low agility brutes but overall i dont think its that good...

| no BoL, just Tornado of Blows and Pugnacious with emphasis on agi & strength though not hyper-agi, at the end of the fight ioid does multiple attacks and hits, choice of weapon also likely makes a difference.
