Oh cmon dont tell me you gonna be his pupil because has a bear/wolf and so you think you'll get one too... ? It was mentioned several times that there is an estimated 30% chance per level to get a pet after level 3 if the person you are pupiled with has it. Is there a dispute on this?

| completely random, you have as much chance getting a pet within the first three levels just creating new brutes without a master. | |

| Hmmm, so I should just level all of these brutes to level 3 until I get one? What are the chances passed level 3 that I get one? or is it not worth it?
Dangit, and I got a brute that has a hammer too. xD

| Hey, Troponin? If you do get a bear or wolf/panther in the first 3 levels, let me know and I'll be happy to show you a trick I've learned here at the forum. | |

Seems that happens alot in this game. I sympathize with your paranoia but,... NO. That's not my style. No, no, no... I simply meant that I'd show you how futile it can be to depend on such beasts.

| Oh, I am not saying I want to depend on a pet. I realize that skills, stats and weapons play a big roll, especially seeing what a stone hammer does with my level one. I am going to just keep making them until I get one of the top three stats, a weapon and a pet. Not sure how long that will take, but it's worth a shot. | |

| You may get it on the next try or you may have to create between 10 and 50 before you get that.
Good luck, in trying. It's not fun.

| Much appreciated, both of you. When the game is up and running again, I'll level up a few of these to see what they end up with by level 3, then, if nothing pans out, I'll give you a shout. I have about 30 of them 4 of which showed any type of promise. | |
