most of the time shell hit air

i mean agi and str is perfect, but implace needed

ull see what i mean when u level her

almost all brutes with untouch will dodge her hits


i give her a 6.5 tho

well BL like vinu-9 or devision dont have impla and i put him in a simulator with hyper agi like kn-2 or thfpn and the score was tie,i made a lot of fights and he beted with no problems a lot of hyoer agi's and they have untouch but have less agi that's why my brute dodged theyr hits

and vinu doesnt need implace that much, he got hypno which can make the fight go a bit longer on his side

devision doesnt need implace that much, unless he fights a brute same or 5-10 less agi with implace

he is the highest agi alone till level 300( at 400 and higher gova is same)

well i think that moook is a great brute and need implacable but not that bad as you say
