It's not much, but I finally won a Gold match. Only two rounds, but now I have broken even on my expenditure on them Laughing

The first fight is one I should not have won, so lucky Wink

I am trying to feed my Hero correctly. sam helped me a lot Wink , but I would like to know if I understand what he told me properly scratch

Excellent Hero currently @Level 3:
Str 30 (+ 9)
Agi 6
Spd 10 (+ 6)

= 61 with 6 undecided.

I can aim for one of the following configurations (or slight variations of):
Str 45
Agi 6
Spd 16

Or:
Str 40
Agi 11
Spd 16

Or:
Str: 40
Agi: 6
Spd: 21

Am I right, and which is best for my character :?:

My character (Dice Man) does not have Critical Hit or Evasive Dance, but I do have both Combo Strike and Tiger Blow.

I have two nice Greed Butcher rings to choose from:
    1 Critical Hit 4% Evasive Dance 3%
    2 Combo Strike 3% Tiger Blow 4%
The first ring gives me two skills I don't have, the second ring enhances skills I already have. Which is the better ring for me to use and why?

(actually I have a third choice: First Strike 3% First Strike 4%, but those 'double-up' type of rings don't work yet Mad )

not sure if double -up type of rings don't work, but maybe you're right there. doesn't have an influence on my decision: ring number one would be my choice- I think harpy may start an intervention, but critical hit is- in my opinion- the best skill you can have, every percent is worth having it

critical hit doubles the inflicted damage, tell me: what could be better? and even those 4% are noticeable (existing word?)

you won't notice combostrike, as its often interrupted and even if not, you can have an influence through speed.

tiger blow? the skill is good, but also enough, no reason to "waste" ring percentages for it

now the decision should be clear: ring number one is THE choice, no matter which class- but thats only my opinion.

now I wanna say a word about that skill first strike, sometimes mentioned as the best skill: it could be the best skill, if the chars would use it.

I've tested 4% FS rings (always having the skill too!!!) and I've tested 7% FS boots. you know the difference I noticed? none. for me it looks like that FS equipment is buggy, out of order, not in their program, what ever...
I also wanna know the percentage of the skill scratch

FS could be owning, but for that the char has to cast it more often... even with 7% equipment (plus skill) you wait sometimes 3 fights until it gets activated...

in my opinion that's one reason why kunfu king is that successful: his char filled FS skillslot with something that gets activated more often

now time for your intervention harpyclaw Razz

@Dice...no good choice for now, just choose one

@HKF...a natural FS (by only a skill) is approx 10%

BTW the skills your char is missing that the best skill Laughing

kunfu really want FS and Sam always lose by no survival...HOHOHO :santa:

lol! Oh well, he might turn out alright anyway. I think I will go along with HKF and try the Crit. Hit and Evasive Dance ring for awhile.

Thanks to both HKF and sam for your advice cheers

Cheers,

Dice.

well, with charm, bullrush & healingpotion he already has 3 inferior skills, i would reincarnate him...

that fs vs. crit thingy bitchy pointed out before, is really interesting, those are the 2 best skills in the game & we're still wondering about efficiency

i can't believe there's a fs bug, it's only that there's a higher chance for crit to get active, especially cause of pets, which are easy to hit. if you fight higher spd chars, you won't get in your crit hits on the opponent very often, you'll rely on counters, which work with crit as well.

i just started some counting on fs, curious about the result.

obviously as a petmaster with high spd like my ll, you don't get many chances to cast fs. opponent attacks pets first & does most of the damage with indirect skills/chang/counters. the question will be, is my offense good enough to finish the fight early enough? do i better defend my low hp with fs or do i have to finish the fight faster with crit?

well, with dice you already have a good char, he has got vitality, iron skin & steel armor to boost healing potion, vortex won't become better. wouldn't make sense to me to raise him, it's time to find an extraordinary one Wink

orcus lycan's skillset is very nice, if he'd get critical hit or first strike, he would be worth keeping...

fred bloggs also has the package vitality, iron & steel, but missing survivor & got very low stats (you need high spd for phantom strike to become efficient), so another reincarnation i'm afraid...

Ok, thanks harpy.

Vortex (the witch) has already been 'burnt at the stake' and has been reinc as a man Razz

Bloggs is soon to meet his maker too Wink

I'll pray for orcus that he gets a great last skill, but since he's a demon, praying probably won't work Twisted Evil

Well I reincarnated my VM and got this: http://facebook.kingofkungfu.koramgame.com/user/query?vsid=100001538556064

Looks pretty hopeless to me, what do you think?

wouldn't say that, bomb & bullrush are unwished skills for sure, but rest is fine so far & no net yet. bomb + net = 100% reincarnation, though you can deactivate bomb with kiss of death (kitty ;-))

you could set up a desired skillset, let's say 14-15 skills you definitely want to have, 3-4 unwished skills should be acceptable

for example: middle way, vitality, iron skin, steel armor, sword mastery, king of hammers, combat prodigy, first strike, critical hit, evasive dance, do or die, disarm, survivor

even only those 13 skills would build an awesome char

fred bloggs is on a very good way. pray for critical hit, evasive and vitality and he will be very very very good :)

the other one is on a good way too, but I think each and every of the next skills has to fit to make him a keeper...

both worth to keep on looking what they'll get

Fred has all his skills now http://facebook.kingofkungfu.koramgame.com/user/query?vsid=100001471160320

His stats look decent, except for vitality. He misses some key skills too so I think reinc.

yeah, too bad because he has many important skills, but the combination of the missing skills (no antipets either) and the low hp is not good enough for a keeper IMO Sad

Well, I reinc Fred and ended up with http://facebook.kingofkungfu.koramgame.com/user/query?vsid=100001471160320

He doesn't have Evasive dance, Survivor, and Shield and/or Armour
He does have that damn Vital Blow (does this skill have any good points?)

On the brighter side his stats look decent to me at the moment so I think he is a keeper for now. What do you think?
