Equal Chance (Make a brute) Tournament ****Sign-ups****

Partly because we might have some new members looking around at our T's at present and mostly because I think it will be fun for everyone, here is a new T idea:

As the T host I will give each entrant (randomly, including me ) a brute name that they must use when making a maximum of 20 brutes. One of the 20 brutes you make will be what you compete with. Anybody who has the patience to make 20 handmade brutes (about 20 minutes maximum) has a very real chance of winning this tournament

WARNING: I will be very strict on the name of the brute you enter and when you enter it :!: ( only so that everybody gets treated fairly )

Example: If you enter and I assign you the name "Tiger Dice" then the only 20 brutes you can enter in this T will have http: addresses that must look exactly like:

IMPORTANT: If you make a brute and you do not password protect it (or do some fights with it) then it will disappear after ~24H. Select one of the brutes you make (the one you wish to compete with :!: ) and password protect it quickly.

I am hoping to get 16 entrants and run a Single-Elimination format (to keep things simple for noobs )

Question though, if we can choose one of the 20 Brutes we handmake, in which lvl or which lvl range are we going to fight??? some of the 20 could be good in high lvls but suck at low ones or the opposite
it would be more about Luck than about choosing a good brute from the 20 we create if we don´t know in which lvl range the fights would go

Dice give a name you must use.
Make 20 handmade brutes from it (1 to 20)

Rico wants to know target level to pick the best one at that level.

Dice has fun watching the confosson.

Synopsis: Tourny is for handmades. But not one you currently own. You have to make brutes up to 20 using a name supplied to you. Then enter one that you consider the best.

I will give each competitor a different name to use at the start of this T.

Example: sevid might get given the name "Dwarf Nun" to use

Sevid then will have a maximum of 24H to make for himself 20 brutes that use the name Dwarf Nun

They must have http: addresses that are exactly like:

I might make the T level 250 (I haven't decided yet) so sevid looks at the 20 brutes he made and picks the best one for the T :!:

Of course, the calibre of brutes we will fight with will probably not be very high. 20 brutes is not many to choose from, but you will have the same chance as anyone else who enters of having the winning brute

The level will be set before you have to choose a brute, I'm thinking 250 might be a good number at present.

I will be giving you a name to use and I will only accept a brute from you that has the exact right name. I'm only giving everyone 24H to make their brutes, so nobody will get the chance of waiting for a brute name to expire and trying again.

Hmm... Pege will be away just when I would like to be getting started and doing all the fights :bom:

I'm tempted to just leave Pege out this time (sorry Pege )and run an 8 player single-elimination T. Perhaps 50 pupils for winning and we get to try out this T idea on a smaller scale.

Good idea :?: , or wait awhile and try and get 16 entries. That would probably be after Pege gets back next week.
