today I bought phone credit and I payd at muxxu 1.5 Euro to earn 60 jetons
I was taxed, but I don't get any code or jetons or mesage...just a message at phone: you don't have enough money to call this number :| and I just bought credit...now I dont't have any money
what can I do? Sad

i gess you did not have enogh money in your Phone credit for the call it self. it usualy cost you 14 cents per Minute so you had to have at least 1.64 Euro in your Phone!!!
as far as i know the Phone Payments are only for France. i once tried it from Germany but it did not work. and for your money´s safty the only safe and quick way to get jetons is with PAYPAL.

contact muxxu payment support with all the transaction details and see what they say

you will get a reply , dont worry but it might take 2 days for the support to answer you. (they answered me after 48 hours) and dont forget to set your language to English in your massage so they can answer you in English instead of french. and if you dont know it yet , you can edit your massage anytime you want before the support read it.
