i downloaded bc 1.2 and bc 1.3

none work

1.3 bat flashes and close

and 1.2 is error while reading all the opponents

Add a pause statement in your bat in order to be able to read the DOS error message.
Look in the FAQ for more details on how to add a pause statement.

Then post the error messagee here.

Most likely you are using wrong configuration files vs BC versions.
