As far as bad brutes are concerned, I agree with you that weak brutes need a much higher level than strong ones in order to beat them. I have a very high brute in the french server and a rather weak one and I've noticed that my brute lose against strong ones even those with a weaker level.

And wasusuge is not really a bad brute. She is not one of the best but could be much worse... So imagine if wasusuge was a very bad brute... level 1000 and still very hard to win tourneys, Lol!!
