New game: How much Sioc can you take?

It's time for a special game today, as Sioc is obviously playing with his brutes.

It's called: How many Siocs in a row?
Rules are simple: How often did you met one of Sioc's brutes without facing another one?

None of my Siocs went past 14h, which means that the theoretical maximum for this game would be 12. Happy hunting ;-)

hand made one by one. it tooks 23 hours and a hard work tour to register all that siocs.

the secret is that sioc has a bot for eating and going to the loo, so he can use the whole day to register manually his pupils

lol, exactly, my bot does all real life things so that I can concentrate on registering brutes by hand all day long :-)

Just as a incidental game, let's see if someone can figure out the number of Siocs registered today. It's pretty easy to find a rough guess.
First hint: at 21h there are only 2 brutes left, at 20h 4, 19h 8, etc... On usual days, the first round starts between 6h (not full) and 7h (full). Today it started at 4h with the 4:30 round.
Question: therefore, what are lower and upper bounds for the number of Siocs registered?
Final hint: the final number of Siocs registered today is equal to the upper bound minus half of the lower bound.
