It was rhe number of votes that appeared in such a short space of time. Over 30 votes about a couple of hours. I didn't even look at who they were for, just the total was enough.

I had a feeling it would happen.

well since it is Discussion thread here, i just want to point somthing out about Nr 11:
(specialy that it might win because of the big number of votes which i personly dont understand) (and i am talking about Art here , nothing else but Art )

i notice that the Quality of the picturse of the characters and words used is not clear, it is as if they were resized to a smaller size couple of times and lost alot of pixel colors.

it would be a big improvment to reinsert the Pictures in a better Quality and bigger Size to fill the big empty space in the background.

I personally think n11 is a hideous banner but oh well, they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder

To be honest, I also can't understand these much votes for #11.
The idea might be good, but the quality ?!

not to be so much politically correct, IMHO n. 11 is awful; not simply bad, but really awful!

Nothing with the guy who realized it, I'm sure he's a nice guy, but his banner not

absolutely no offence meant but obviously 11 is awful, I think there's some vote trolling going on I was going to vote for it myself cause it will be funny when it wins

What you also need to bear in mind is that the winner will indeed be used as the new forum banner.
