|  This is one of my brutes. He is terrible. He goes 0-3 every day. He never gets past round one of the tournament. He has only had one weapon offered to him until now, a baton, which I turned down. He just leveled up and he has the choice of a fan or +3 speed. Is there any reason to get the fan or is it terrible? | |

| the FAN is a very bad weapon, it could be a bit useful sometimes if you have high Speed, but it would still be a bad choice.
its damage is low, can be blocked by shield easily and it gets thrown all the time.
since you are going to change his destiny anyway, i suggest to wait for at least a decent weapon. | |

| I suggest getting stats and defensive skill (and MA) while waitiong for a good weapon. | |

| thats what I hate in muxx-brute: when you don't get a good (worth taking it) weapon in the first levels it's a huge disadvantage. even if the destiny gets better later on you'll never be able to grow fast... | |
