| (First ... just joined .... so "Hello!" as well) Just levelled a bute up to level 3 and he got "Immortal" as his Lv up bonus. Excellent I though .... thats a rare one, don't get that very often. Except ...... his health went up by ....... 1! WTF?!?!? Thats right, 1 lousy health point! It's meant to be the mega-health-boost! His Lv1 to Lv2 health went up by 2 without any additional bonus .... just as part of the level up. Thankfully, he's only a pupil-brute .... I'm not too bothered about keeping him long term. Although I might have if it had worked properly and given him massive health. Anyone else run into this before? This is the brute by the way ... http://bkmark.mybrute.com/cellule 54 health with immortal in the bank .... | |

| I have one other brute who has got "Immortal" and it pushed his HP from 60 odd up to about 120 ... which seems a bit more like it.
Whats the point of immortal if it doesn't boost your HP? It doesn't do anything else?!?!?
And, given how rare it is, you'd expect it to be worth having .....
I'm still putting this one down as a sever dose of FAIL!

| Immortal is not just a one time bonus though. As you level the brute up, it will get more endurance per level than a brute without immortal. | |

| ^^^ See, thats what I thought, but the other guy with immortal has had since lv1 or lv2. He's lv8 now (I think, I'd have to check) and I can't say I've noticed his HP going up quicker as he's levelled up. Just seems to go up at the same rate as any other brute. Still gunning for FAIL on this guy. | |

| lv50 lol ..... only 47 lv's to go!
I imagine most brutes would look pretty good in some way if you project them up to lv 50!
Incidentally, which prediction site are you using for that? All the ones I've seen only project items and skills/specials - not HP, speed, agility & strength?

| So it does! Thanks for that, hadn't noticed that. In checking it out, also discovered that one of my best brutes has Hypnosis coming up in in his next few level ups .... | |

| For immortal the boost doesn't come until your endurance increases. Every time your level you can get a bonus, but besides that you should get a stat increase. Endurance/Agility/Strength/Speed. The way immortality works is that each time your endurance you get a certain % increase. Which is even greater. Otherwise you only get 1hp per a level increase if you do the math, and addition 100% increase of 1 would be 2... and immortal is not an 100% increase I don't think. Downside to immortality is that your other stats will take a hit upon receiving immortality. | |

| Immortal only produces a boost between 5% and 50% of your lifepoints based on edurance level. Vitality adds 5-20 points per level.
This is why immortal + vitality is ideal for immortal brutes.

Failguy didnh't even get that. He had 53 HP. He went up to 54 HP. A gain of 1 HP. Which is < 2% ... = FAIL! ... in my book anyway. In the longterm, yeah, he may go right up, but he's a pupil brute, not passworded, and I don't plan to keep him in the longterm. Like I say, I just flagged it up as the initial return seemed very poor for such a rare and highly regarded bonus.

| I'd forgotten all about him TBH.
He's a pupil brute .... so he goes through the auto-fighter script every day. I never see him myself.
But have just checked in on him.
Got immortal at lv3 .... went from 53 to 54 health.
Now at lv7 .... 72 health or something.
Meh.
When you can (commonly) get vitality at lv1 and go straight over 100hp (more commonly 90-something, but over 100 isn't that unusual), 72 at lv7 is decidedly underwhelming.
