If you are on a static IP, can't figure out proxies, can't figure out macshift ..... then .....
No.
End of story.
Just ...... NO.
Actually .... now that I think about it ..... there is one last possibility for you.
Most static IP's are not truly static. They are leased. Most are not leased for more than a week. If your computer/modem/router is switched off at the point your ISP goes to renew you IP, then they won't give it back to you.
When you then power up your computer/modem/router (after a week to ten days) .... you will be allocated (leased) a new IP as your old one will have been given (leased) to someone else.
You can then create two pupils ..... on two different brutes.
Then switch off your computer/modem/router. Wait 10 days. Switch everything back on. Create 2 pupils (on 2 different brutes). Clear temp files. Repeat.
In about 3 months you'll have 2 brutes with 10 pupils each!
Win!
:!:
Seriously though, without doing something vaguely technical with your computer, or scrounging, or paying for them, thats the only way you're going to get any useful pupils.
