Thanks Try closing BC, change your PC's local date to something like 2010 and run BC again.

| Not without picking through the exported output file.
I have a QTP script that can do it, but you need QTP to run it (of course) and it's slow going .... OK for a couple of hundred, a long time for thousands ....
Although, that was using the output from the original release. Don't suppose they've added this info in the output for later releases have they?

Perhabs your IP-pool is empty, no good IP's for creating pupils that give EXP ... Or maintanace on the myBrute site ... Or a problem of your provider ... If you got a Error message post it here so that we can have a look on it. greetz EUmigen

| take a look at this ...- Spoiler:
this isn't the first time it happens. Is it some bug with BC? Didn't save the pupil that gives exp? and another thing happen is, last time I exported my DB in excel to find a good brute. After finding a decent one. With my curiosity, tried to level it up to 2 because it's still level 1. then look at the Master's Cellule. nO exp. gain.. (NOTE : No one is making pupils for the master so it's impossible that I just didn't saw it) tried to level it to 3 to be sure.. But still no exp gain..
how come this happen? so BC database or memory is not 100 % accurate isn't it? One pupil gives exp but doesn't save and vice-versa. Saves the pupil that doesn't give exp .
Just sharing maybe I'm not the only one experiencing this.

not sure, i'm just taking a wild guess. Neutrinos thought could be right, I think it's not good to use such short names for the creation of pupils There are hundreds or thousands of people out there creating their pupils with default settings, that could be a problem ... But on the other hand, your screenshot, it document's that the pupil just created, in this case it could be a timeout problem, in times when the server is very bussy. It's just another guess ... greetz Eumigen

| Yes, BC does that after getting multiple exist errors. I'm guessing you've made thousands with that name already? With only 10000 variations will get that error often.
In a different situation, I ran with a name with over 5 letters starting the same; will start getting that error around 50 pupils. Not BC's fault but MyBrute's. Since it does that when doing it manually even though no such brute exists. And though BC said 'cree pas d'xp', I reran it with a different name without changing ip, and it did give xp.
BC seems to give 'cree pas d'xp' as a default for other errors.

| If you are doing this to make prospect pupils. I let it make pupils for under half the total variations, change name slightly and do again. But for permanent botting, I suggest atleast 7 changed numbers/letters, with no more than 5 letters starting the same (including spaces and hyphens). | |

EDIT: Found the Problem!
i wrote a /" too much in the IPgetter line :| Could you show me what you did, please? i changed my config.xml because ip.interchile didnt work at this moment and then (next day) i changed it back... but i wrote a /" too much Normal: <bean id="ipGetter" class="labrute.ip.WebServiceIPGetter"> <property name="url" value="http://ip.interchile.com/"/> <property name="pattern" value="(\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+)"/> </bean> and i wrote: <bean id="ipGetter" class="labrute.ip.WebServiceIPGetter"> <property name="url" value="http://ip.interchile.com/" /"/> <property name="pattern" value="(\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+)"/> </bean> So just check your config.xmlBTW: I downloaded a second BC and copied my folders (database,....) and files step by step until the second BC didnt work anymore and then i knew the fault must be in the config.xml because that was the only thing i copied in the new folder at this moment.

BC seems to give 'cree pas d'xp' as a default for other errors. @Stsin - I had run into this problem in the past with certain naming schemes quickly leading to slews of already exist errors at a time. I had no idea why until reading another post of yours about this in another thread today. Very interesting. It had really driven me nuts in the past (I'm guessing my issue was more than 5 static letters at the beginning for most of the instances). Any chance you want to post a new thread with brief guidelines for pupil naming rules? I read about this in a few different threads and it would be nice to have one place to point people for future reference (as well as discussion). It might get easier than having to try to explain it to people over and over, hehe. Otherwise, any clue why gav may have gotten exp for the creation of that brute but not for levelling it? I could swear I had the same thing happen to me (got exp message on mybrute for creation, but none for lvl 2/3) but I figured I must have read it incorrectly in the first place. Hrm. And can someone tag Stsin our resident pupil expert?

| Please i need ur expertise! My Adsl router is a D-LINK G604T I go to curl search and get this code: http://www.paehl.de/reconnect/Curl_search.php?router=g604t i put in my user/pas/ip as explained and it looks like this: - Spoiler:
curl "http://%admin%:%admin%@%10.1.1.1%/cgi-bin/webcm" -d "getpage=../html/advanced/adv_pppfile.htm&var:conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe" curl "http://%admin%:%admin%@%10.1.1.1%/cgi-bin/webcm" -d "getpage=../html/advanced/adv_pppfile.htm&encaps0:settings/manual_conn=0&var:conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe&connection0:pppoe:command/stop=&var:judge=" curl "http://%admin%:%admin%@%10.1.1.1%/cgi-bin/webcm " -d "getpage=../html/advanced/adv_pppfile.htm&encaps0:settings/manual_conn=1&var:conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe&connection0:pppoe:command/start=&var:judge=1"
And i save it as reconnect.bat Now i download curl from here: http://www.paehl.com/open_source/?CURL_7.19.6 And i download the one that says "Download WITHOUT SSL" I stick the reconnect.bat i just made into the curl folder which contains curl.exe i download and update brutal combo i open up config.xml then i copy paste the destination of my reconnect here: - Spoiler:
<bean id="ipResetter" class="labrute.ip.ExternalIPResetter"> <property name="command" value="DESTINATION OF RECONNECT.BAT"/>
Ive filled in the templates like this: - Spoiler:
<bean class="labrute.creation.PupilTemplate"> <property name="domain" value="COM" /> <property name="master" value="nz.scripture" /> <property name="password" value="" /> </bean> </property> <property name="template2"> <bean class="labrute.creation.PupilTemplate"> <property name="domain" value="COM" /> <property name="master" value="nz.hoster" /> <property name="password" value="" />
Ive filled in my opponents list correctly i run pupil creator and it creates one pupil with no exp and comes up with this message: - Spoiler:
INFO llbttbui créé, pas d'xp INFO bzratxvo créé, pas d'xp INFO Changement d'adresse IP... INFO out: INFO out: C:\brutal-combo-1.2.00>curl "http://:@0.1.1.1conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe" INFO out: INFO out: C:\brutal-combo-1.2.00>curl "http://:@0.1.1.1settings/manual_conn=0&var:conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe&connection0:pppoe:command/stop=&var:judge=" INFO out: INFO out: C:\brutal-combo-1.2.00>curl "http://:@0.1.1.1settings/manual_conn=1&var:conid=encaps0&var:mycon=connection0&var:contype=pppoe&connection0:pppoe:command/start=&var:judge=1" INFO Adresse IP changée.
So as i say, it creates one brute with no exp, then it repeats that whole msg again, this time no pupils show up on mybrutes...and the message just repeats. Can anyone see where i am going wrong?

| BC has a problem reading reconnect with curl. I'm using the same. you could create script in actionaz that automates opening or clicking your reconnect.bat.

That's defenetly wrong, I use curl with BC by myself and everything works fine! You need to declare the hole path to curl in your batch-file to be sure that it is be found by the reconnect.bat. @underestimated09 To ensure that your reconnect.bat works try to start it manually a few times, after each start check the IP you got with a script like this: IP-Checker sorry, for that german page, but it is the first comming to my mind ... And you only need the IP shown in the upper left corner. CHeck that the IP changes on every new start of your reconnect.bat. hth Eumigen
