Got my first wolf today but something happen....

So I got to level 3 and what do I see but a wolf YAY right? I guess.

at lvl 2 I got vit and had 113 hp

but when I got my wolf it dropped to 72 hp

Anyone can explain why that happen?

check its future about lvl 10.. if you hp doesnt go back to 113 or near that, find another better brute..

It happens.
Now I just have to build them up again. It seems that the higher the level brute you have, the more HP's get taken when you get a pet.

The worst is for one who got Immortal....
Even a dog can decrease HP by 81......

I don't know This is true or not...
63 HP seems to be the lowest HP for level 9.....
51 is the lowest for level 1..... (?)

He's up to lvl 10 now, but only has 65 HP's.

Each animal takes a specific # of HP
From ur brute, bears taking the most
As they hold 100-125 HP by their self.

yea it destroys my HP at level 29... I'll have 2 dogs and a bear... goes from 140HP to 95HP

Why do you worry about brute stats at level 3, 10, 30 or whatever lowish level?

Go preview your brute for Level 100+ or 150/200, because that's where the game will be played soon. Ofcourse, only if you know how to pupil your brute properly. If not... well then it's pointless to play the game anyway is it?

I've seen some bad low level brutes to shine brightly after they reach some respactable level. Preview your brute and make many simulated fights with the reference like THEBrutux or culchacandy (Jesper.nu, Brutal Neron and many at the top right now suck actually). If you can win at least now and then, keep the brute. Otherwise dump him/her regardless of bear/wolf they have in the low levels.

In higher levels pets barely play a role anymore. However it's nice to have a bear or wolf to have them eventually kill your opponents dogs and wolfs, so that you don't have to waste an attack on those yourself.

If you never get a bear/wolf, don't worry. Like I said in the end they're almost worthless anyway. A dog will at least cut less HP away.
