Help me - Brutal Combo

i know everyone is sick of getting the same complaints from noobs such as myself but if anyone is happy to help am soo greatful
i had a problem with BC but i never really got the hang of it, someone told me i need a reconnecting tool that does something with my ip

IV) Configure the IP swapping

Edit the configuration file config.xml (Windows user can just use notepad). Locate the lines defining the « ipResetter » :

<bean id="ipResetter" class="labrute.ip.ExternalIPResetter">
<property name="command" value="(command for IP swapping)" >
</bean>

Replace the value by the command you execute to change your IP. For example :

<bean id="ipResetter" class="labrute.ip.ExternalIPResetter">
<property name="command" value="C:\labrute\RouterReconnect.exe" >
</bean>


this is the area that got me lost. i have a dynamic ip with www.bethere.co.uk

all the other steps i done and i know i did it well i even included 6 brutes and level 0



any help will do.
