I think that this sort of swing just demonstrates how much luck there is in the fights. This round-robin format is probably better at reducing the luck element than the 5 head-to-head fights we used to do and we still see some very big luck swings it seems.

Quite a few of us have 5 wins 8 losses, someone with 5 wins will still be in this contest after today I think. That will be another piece of luck for one of us Wink

Yup.

It was fights 2 and 3 that killed it for me I think. He was way ahead in both and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory both time. If he won those two he would have finished 6 and 7 which, while not very good, might have kept him in the game.

Although, I think his lack of anti-pet would have been too much to overcome to win it. That was an oversight from me when I entered him I think.

Ah well.
