'Cause im really tired of this -.- When you have got BC then you can add your pupilsmade outside BC to BC-Database and let BC fight them. You dont need a dynamic IP to do this because there are no reconnects needed during the combats greetz Eumigen

| Yep, it is Eumigen's fault that we don't get any brute replays on non-tourney fights! He is using the entire replay queue on his own! | |

lol, that problem started before Eumi started with BC Decrypter. Anyhow, the more fights atm, the sooner we'll have replays again... it just needs to cycle back to 0 and we'll be good until we hit the max (positive) int again. @Eumi - is BCD development continuing as planned? Haven't seen anything about it recently. It seems like pupil donations have dropped off and it's not exactly close to your target. I can try making more but the ratio sucks on both com and fr at this point and we'd get nowhere near the target anyway. You still holding out on the next release until it's met or are you open to alternatives? esc-g

| I was teasing about 200,000 pupils, not Decrypter. He appears to have done great with both pupils and BCD (Behind Closed Doors? different forum, n/m) | |

| @niall0s, about 4 hours a day, I have a fast DSL-Connection that allows me to train about 50000 per hour @NippleLuvs, soory, but thats not because of my training, every evening when I come from work, there no replays at all on COM, and I havent started my training then ... @ESCGoat, sorry for that, but most of my colleagues are actually ill, so I have to work overtime and have not got the time to force my little tool as much as I would like, but now we have weekend @NippleLuvs, what do you mean with BCD (Behind Closed Doors), I dont understand your post. Is it a new denunciation on me and my work or is my english-knowledge so bad? greetz Eumigen | |

| I used to surf some "interesting" forums. On those forums they had a restricted area that they named BCD, which stands for Behind Closed Doors. This basically means "very private". I saw ESCGoat comment "@Eumi - is BCD development", and it made me think of my old days, wondering what was behind their closed doors...
I think BCD would be similar to SPOILERS on this forum, except BCD would be restricted to a certain member group like Admin or VIP.

| To do that much I think you would have to run multiple brutal combos and be close to the server (so less latency).
Running 1 I do about the same as you niallos, about 17500 pupils in 2hours and 30 minutes.

| Yes I use multiple brutal combos on different machines. I use 3 PC's parallel on a Gigabit LAN on a fast DSL connection to get it done that fast , but sometimes I need an hour or two more, this happens when FR or COM has temporary BE ... But fastest time is about 4 hours! greetz Eumigen | |

That's crazy, that's almost 14 pupils a second which equates to 42 connections to the bc webservice and mybrute site per second, i didn't realise brutal combo was THAT fast, currently my bot does about 2 brutes per second on a 20mb/1.5mb connection, NOT GOOD There is no connection to BC webservice for fights. Fights put too much stress on our server so all fights are now done on the BC client. There are millions of fights every day and that's too much for a free webhost. When you say 2 brutes per second, you mean 6 fights don't you ? It's a good speed because I think it's about the same speed as a "single-threaded" BC. Taitoune

| I do well over 100,000 pupils per day .... closer 140,000 I suspect? Not exactly sure.
Not sure how long it takes either to be honest. I use a script to chain multiple data folders for combats and then start pupilling again. Split over 2 PC's (one decent one, one pretty crap old one) and two internet lines (10mb cable on the good one and 5mb DSL on the crap one).
All this happens while I'm away at work (it's happening right now actually) .... so I never see how long it actually takes.

It's 200000 in about 4 hours and 50000 in 1 hour I have a 16000 Mbit/s DSL Connection with a real DL-Speed of 2+ MByte/s. For example, I need about 40 min to download 4,5GB I think I get 13 to 14 Pupils trained in a second but on multiple machines with multiple BCs. greetz Eumigen

| I have so many pupils that it's becoming the bottleneck. I stopped a cross server trade because training their 200k pupils per day was an added burden. I want to use my comp for other things again. Back to leeching movies and anime. Just watched Star Trek 2009 BD9 in 1080p | |

Yes, it's hard to train them every day, but I need to do that because I cant create much new pupils, so I have to level the old ones - Stsin wrote:

I dont have that problem, because I'm PC-addicted, and so I have got a lot of PC's @home, there is always one free for doing things I just want to do But I understand the situation ...

| about 4 hours a day, I have a fast DSL-Connection that allows me to train about 50000 per hours. ill train 52000 pupils within 40 minutes MAX, total 12 bc folders, training them in 2 sessions of 6 folders simultainously.(and also download a few movies at the same time) 1 folder, 11000 pupils, 9 minutes :) speed 60 Mbps cable, 3.1 dualcore 4gb ddr 100 lan so that part is fine, i wish that my own bcbot was working 100% :) @Eumigen: how long does it take you to make 1 bc folder of my 12 ones? and can pupils made outside bc filled in? | |
