But he also only has 450 or so HP .... so he isn't a high HP immortal .... which is why his stats aren't as bad a some.

At level 300, he only has 137 agility and 1700 odd HP ..... most other level 300's will kick his ass.

Gets untouchable only at level 368... otherwise a bit low sum strength + agility + speed at level 200.
