Is there a chance for this AGI & SPD hybrid?

I have found quite a nice brute:

Imo it has too low total number of points (197 at level 200) and unfortunately only one pet... I wouldn't level it up for myself.

Imo having at least 3 pets is very important. You can do some simulations to convince yourself.
At high levels, if you don't have enough pets and you fight another opponent that has 3 or 4 pets you'll be likely to waste as many hits as the difference of number of pets. This can be a deadly handicap and you can lose several fights against weaker opponents if they have much more pets than you have.

it's going to be great with deluge and anyways I have enough hp (2k) and anti-pet skills, enough agility, I miss only 3 skills, when one is for str brutes (mine isn't all the way), and thief is nothing I should care of... so basically I miss only one rare skill.

The worst thing is only one pet... everything other seems great and way better than any other of my brutes.

Yes, do some simulations as soon as Oontack is up again... you'll see how frustrating it is that your brute hits the pets while you're being hit by the other brute until your brute loses... :-)
I had one such brute that looked great but which I had to abandon for this reason...

Yep I must do much simulations... I want to check how powerfull can be my anti pets skills + SPD + deluge + 2k hp

edit: and I like him on earlier lvls:

Stats are below avarage, misses pets, not worth leveling up mate...
If you're going for an all round brute atleast let him have better stats and focuss most on AGI + str, deluge is pretty useless as well as you will just waste weapons when trying to ping enemies down, unless you go for hyper str than deluge would be more usefull..
