| I've seen much worse, but still too low agility, too low total number of stat points, and missing the best weapons imo. Only good point is that he's got almost all important specialities at level 200 (except speed and implaccable), but that still a clear no.
EDIT: typo (morse -> worse, that damn "w" got upside-down, I told him not to...)
