[RELEASE] MyBrute rankings DIY (do it yourself)

This tool automatizes the creation of the rankings of TOP-XXX brutes by level/fights won/pupils on any server combination {COM, FR, ES, DE}
This is the tool I'm using for my posts on the rankings. With this tool you can get the rankings by yourself at any time.
Of course I'll continue to update the posts in the forum giving the TOP-1000 brutes and the distribution of levels.


All explanations on how to use the tool are given in the Excel file itself.

First part: cockpit screen with explanations

Note that the ranking list will be created in the last column of the sheet 'FINALDATA' directly in HTML BB code.
This means the ranking will look nice (a table embedded in a spoiler) only if pasted in a message in a forum.
However the sheet 'FINALDATA' provides all information about rankings and for a personal use the BB code isn't necessary at all.

Second part: some examples on how to get specific rankings

Third part: the distribution of brutes

This is just the resulting histogram that is automatically created when you download the ranking data (first button).

• Requires M$ Excel!
  
• Most likely does not work on Excel for MAC.
  
• When opening the file you have to accept the execution of macros (or if you are not prompted go to  "Tools" -> "Options" -> "Security" -> "Macro security" -> "Medium" and open again the file).
  
• Best is to do nothing else while the data is being downloaded.
  
• You need write access to the directory from where the application is running (it is saving the html code of each page in a temporary file).
  
• Works for all three servers (COM, FR, ES) but COM server is a bit faster than the other ones.
  
• The corresponding servers have to be up and running (no BE).
  
• Was tested on Excel 2003 only. Should however work on other versions of Excel as well (2002, 2007 and 2010).
  
• Was initially done for myself and wasn't supposed to be released. So... don't expect blazing support.
  

• 1.1.0: Update for the Accept-Language FIX under VBA.
  
• 1.0.3: support for .DE server.
  
• 1.02: huge download speed improvement (creating the rankings on COM now takes only about 30 seconds).
  
• 1.01: Small bug fixes.
  
• 1.00: First release.
