I was just searching around and saw that this level 195 immortal brute made it to the finals on the ES server, obviously loosing to Master OzNoob, but beating some nice brutes along the way including a level 156 hyper skilled mixed brute (clone of Sev's new brute), level 197 agi monster, and a level 227 hyper agi/str brute.

Many people have given up on immortals, but maybe this little example will bring a little hope back for them. Esp. at such a low level, it is a true feat to make the finals with any brute under level 200.

He is not the worst Ive seen, but he def doesnt have the potential to be a BL brute at 200. He has decent stats and pretty good weapons paired with deluge. He is missing implacable and untouch though and could use a little more strength.

I've never given up on them, seeing them doing well in tourneys, like this recent one:

Many of those battles were close, even with him being many levels lower. I also remember immortals getting far in tourneys when I first joined this forum. But are rarely entered now.

I think they do great against hyper-agiles. With them having low strength and/or speed. But on the otherhand, they will be at a major disadvantage against a high strength brute with untouchable.

I noticed this ES brute the other day too, which is weird cuz I rarely look at ES or FR. I was like wow this immortal under 200 made it to the finals and is jumping from satan's biceps to brutal legend. Nice...

If people didn't told me LRD-nasix was a clone of Junkpunch he'd be lvl 272 now instead of Nasic42, would be a serious contender for the tourney on COM if I'd gotten him 300+ without a doubt :)
I also like the other Immo brute Xteen has atm, lvl 1 I believe though, hope he get's a nice owner sometime soon to lvl him up Razz
