I have a list of brutes exported via bc, and i want to train them but i have to import them somehow and i'm not sure how

If you don't have the Apache database anymore there's no way at the moment.
You'll have to wait for the Decrypter to work with this BC 1.3+.

Otherwise if you still have the Apache database then the new jar is compatible with the old database and you can just run fights as usual.
